Using the service

Is this free for me?

Yes. You never pay us anything. You pay the plumber directly for whatever work you agree on; our fee comes from the contractor side, not yours.

Who actually does the work?

An independent, local plumbing company, licensed and insured in Washington. We're the connection, not the contractor. The pro who calls you back is the business that would do the job, and you hire them (or don't) directly.

How fast will someone call back?

Fast. Most requests during business hours get a callback within the hour, often sooner. The plumber typically calls from their mobile between jobs, so don't be surprised by an unfamiliar number.

What areas do you cover?

All of the Tri-Cities: Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, West Richland, and Benton City. If you're just outside the area, request anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.

Can I get a quote without committing?

Yes. The callback is a conversation, not a contract. Describe the job, hear their assessment, get pricing, and decide. No obligation either way.

Is this an emergency service?

Some of the pros we work with take urgent calls: burst pipes, no water, sewage backing up. For a true emergency, calling is faster than the form. For a gas smell, leave the house and call the utility first, then us.
