Terms of Service

What we are, and what we're not

Tri-Cities Plumbing Connection is a referral and matching service. We connect homeowners in the Tri-Cities area with independent, licensed plumbing contractors. We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform, supervise, warranty, or guarantee any plumbing work.

The relationship

When you submit a request, we share it with an independent local plumber who may contact you. Any agreement for work (scope, price, schedule, warranty) is strictly between you and that contractor. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the contractor's work, conduct, or pricing.

The plumbers we refer

We make reasonable efforts to work with legitimate, licensed local businesses, but inclusion in our referral network is not an endorsement or guarantee. You should verify license status (Washington's contractor lookup at lni.wa.gov), insurance, and references before hiring anyone, as you should with any contractor found anywhere.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false or abusive requests, don't use the site to solicit or spam, and don't misrepresent yourself. Requests for plumbing help are welcome; everything else isn't.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for the work, omissions, or conduct of any contractor we refer, nor for any damages arising from use of the site.
