Trenchless sewer repair and replacement

Traditional sewer replacement means a trench across the yard, through the lawn, the sprinkler lines, sometimes the driveway. Trenchless methods fix or replace the pipe through small access pits instead, leaving the surface alone.
The two main methods
- Pipe lining (CIPP): a resin-soaked liner is pulled through the old
pipe and cured in place, creating a new pipe inside the old one. Works when the existing pipe is damaged but intact enough to host the liner.
- Pipe bursting: a new pipe is pulled through while breaking the old
one apart. Used when the line is too far gone to line.
When trenchless makes sense (and when it doesn't)
Trenchless shines under landscaping, driveways, and anything else you'd rather not dig up, which covers a lot of established Tri-Cities yards. It doesn't work on a fully collapsed line or one with major bellies, which is why a camera inspection should come first.
Getting it quoted right
A trenchless quote without a scope isn't a quote; it's a guess. The plumbers we connect you with scope the line first, show you the footage, and tell you straight whether lining, bursting, or an honest old-fashioned trench is the right call for that section of pipe.
